The Potter Group goes national

 

With the aim of generating a strong national online presence, The Potter Group – a national road and rail logistics provider - solicited the expertise of website and design agency Chameleon Studios to create just that.

 

The Potter Group provides a complete range of logistics services and solutions, from bulk storage to fully integrated supply chain and intermodal management, across the UK and they wanted a web presence that reflects their national status.

Chameleon Studios firstly consulted on the design of the site, based on the company’s new corporate branding, before re-designing The Potter Group’s former website to encompass their requirements and appeal to a nationwide audience. The Potter Group’s new website was hand-coded and consists of a unique design which has a strong web presence. It also has the added benefit of offering a range of web-based services which the company can capitalise on.

 

Not only did Chameleon Studios design and re-develop The Potter Group website, they also provided the company with an ongoing after-service whereby they maintain and update the website on a regular basis. The Potter Group can now use their new website to maximise their business presence.

 

The Potter Group has five distribution centres in the country offering more than 1.6m square feet of covered warehousing and 250 acres of land, allowing it ample resources to handle a variety of logistics projects from a single delivery to a long-term partnership.

 

During the past two decades the Group has taken up the cause of rail freight as a viable alternative to increasing road congestion and pollution. Continued investment in the infrastructure of its three rail-connected centres illustrates its long-term commitment to rail freight.
