Login Screen
The Mosaic Management Suite is accessed via the web using a standard web browser. This can also be setup to use a fixed IP address for added security, eg: from a single office environment.

 

 

My Tasks
Once logged in the user is presented with a 'My Tasks' screen. This highlights various website pages that the user owns, is currently editing (checked out), are set to unapproved, time released or pending approval.

 

 

 

Quick Edit Sitemap
The next option enables users to browse the entire site at a glance, allowing them to jump straight to the page they wish to administer. This is extremely useful as the site's content starts to expand over a period of time.

 

 

 

Homepage/Site Structure
By clicking on the homepage icon, the 2nd level structure of the website opens up to reveal the individual pages housed within the site. The main area also displays an overview of the page content, giving the user the option to start editing (checking out) the page.

 

 

 

Once the user has 'Checked Out' the page they are presented with a variety of fields that make up the page information. These include; page title, descriptions, keyphrases, time release options, menu positioning and finally the editing area from within which they can change page text and insert HTML content.
